This shouldn't be a five minute job and you should set aside a decent amount of time for it. Try different manufacturers and different models from the same manufacturer. Make sure it's a snug fit all the way around the head with no tight spots and no free spots. Try and keep the helmet on for at least 15 minutes, as this will allow it some time to settle and if there are any pressure points, believe me, you'll know about them after 15 minutes.
