Please note the the coil spring compressors in the last picture are unsuitable for Elise springs (and other Lotus) because the 'fingers' are too thick to fit between the coils. A better option is to use a motorcycle coil spring compressor such as this: https://www.lasertools.co.uk/Product/4764/Motorcycle-Coil-Spring-Compressor
