After 12 years I decided to change them

Off with:

- window winder - door card

Now this may not be they way you would do it but I used a scraper to gently push the clips down one by one:

A few fell down in the door but most stayed on the old rubber. It was not too long before it was off:

- Took out the window, undoing the 3 10mm nuts that secure the window to the runner.

- Trimmed the new seal using tin snips

- put double sided tap on the seal

- placed the seal on the door as per the instructions

- re attached the clips

- put the window back in, door cards and winder.
